Welcome
We provide compassionate grief support for children and youth who have experienced grief and loss through death, divorce, separation or fostering. Through programs like Camp Heal-A-Heart, Circle of life, and our follow-up groups.
Supporting Children in Their Grief and Loss Journey
The Grande Prairie and District Grief Support Association is a non profit and has been dedicated to helping children and youth navigate their grief journey since 1997. With compassion, understanding and professional support.

We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 8 territory within Turtle Island, home to the Beaver, Cree, Dene, Métis, and other Indigenous Sovereign Nations. These lands have been cared for by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial. We respect their histories, languages, and cultures and are grateful for their ongoing contributions to our communities.
